As a cognitive behaavioral therapist (CBT), Mark Morris, LCSW specializes in anxiety, depression, bipolar illness, adjustment, anger, grief and loss, maintaining sobriety, relationships, and campus life at Tulane University and Loyola University of New Orleans. Mark offers powerful therapeutic tools that bring relief from emotional pain, increased self-knowledge, and improved relationships. Mark conducts individual therapy, group therapy, and couples counseling.
Mark is the first of only two Louisiana Diplomates certified in CBT by the Academy of Cognitive Therapy, which endorses “expert clinicians” using “exacting and rigorous standards.”
Mark also offers EMDR trauma treatment, common sense counselling and spiritual support. He has been certified by the NASW as an ACSW and QCSW. Mark has developed a technology that may be used to free oneself from anger and fear by choosing mental clarity and loving connection at any moment called Living Yes.
